Jean-Marc Griscelli is a business executive with over 25 years of international experience in medical assistance, travel insurance, and customer service operations. He has held leadership roles across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the U.S.
A law graduate from the University of Rouen with a degree in international business from Grenoble École de Management, he began his career at DHL Worldwide Express before joining Mondial Assistance as Director of Technical Assistance Operations for France. He later served as Regional President for Asia-Pacific at April Group and CEO for the Americas and Australia at Falck Global Assistance.
In 2018, he founded HealthCase LLC, a Miami-based company specializing in 24/7 medical assistance, travel insurance, and healthcare solutions across the U.S. and South America. Throughout his career, he has focused on innovation, leadership, and managing multicultural teams in the medical assistance and insurance sectors
