Tanguy Nicolet is a French lawyer specializing in corporate law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity, including LBOs, MBOs, and venture capital transactions. He regularly advises investment funds, private investors, and management teams.
A member of the Paris Bar since 1997, Tanguy holds a Magistère in Business Law, a Master’s degree (DESS) in Business Law and Taxation, and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Paris II Assas.
He began his career in the Paris and New York offices of international law firms such as Gide Loyrette Nouel, Linklaters, and Weil Gotshal & Manges. After serving as a partner at Frieh Bouhenic and Pact Avocats, he joined Cleach as a partner in 2022.
